Ruth Chafin, Founding Principal
Ruth Ann Chafin is the principal founder and president of Interior Network, Inc., a full service interior design center, a kitchen and bath remodeling specialist and a ceramic tile distributor. Ruth Chafin holds a bachelor degree in Interior Design, and is also licensed by the State of California Contractors State Licensing Board. As a licensed general contractor, Ruth brings together a network of subcontractors, artisans, craftsmen and certified interior designers. Ruth's team at Interior Network means single source responsibility for all aspects of remodeling as well as new construction. From "blueprints to accessories" or anything in between - this makes Interior Network, Inc. truly unique in the interior design business.
Ruth Chafin also has a California teaching credential, plus a teaching credential specific for interior design. With her strong educational background she is continually looking for new and interesting ways to educate the consumer. She has been well received in the community with her series of seminars. Seminar topics have included, Design and Lifestyles for the year 2000, Remodeling; Kitchen and Bath, Entertaining - Elegant and Easy. Future topics will include Color for You, and Accessorizing for Success.
Ruth says, "I am very fortunate, because I am able to take my knowledge and talents which are interior design, color, fabric, furniture history, and architectural history, and couple them with my interests, which are remodeling and contracting, to pursue my passion, which is really making people happy through designing and remodeling the interiors of their homes of businesses."
Pamela is the head designer for the floral department at Interior Network, Inc. The floral department specializes in creating permanent, silk botanicals; custom designed floral arrangements, plants and trees. The floral department at Interior Network, Inc. is the embodiment of its commitment to servicing clients from "concept to completion." Florals and accessories add softness and warmth to an environment. Florals are that necessary element providing the finished look in a home.
Pamela is a member of the floral industry's prestigious American Institute of Floral Designers (ALFD). She is also the recipient of several floral design competition awards at the statewide level. She is an active supporter of various community projects, donating her time and talents to events such as the University of Redlands' 'Teast of Lights", Santa Claus, Inc.'s "Christmas Tree Lane," and the Pasadena Rose Parade. She has also shown her commitment to the advancement of the floral industry with her membership on the Teleflora Board, Southern California and Nevada Unit. Interior Network, Inc. is very proud to have Pamela as a team member. Her clients have also come to appreciate her many talents and often ask her to design for their homes again and again.
Pamela is very happy to be designing with Interior Network, Inc. because, as she says, "It gives me the opportunity to express my creative side. It is also a joy and a blessing for me to be able to have the satisfaction of creating beautiful environments for my clients." Inspite of her many activities, her philosophy is to keep God and family first. Pam, her husband Roy, and their two daughters, Andrea and Stephanie, reside in Redlands and are active members of their church community.
